Refund and Return Policy
At Noble Pharmaceuticals, we are committed to providing quality products and services. However, due to the nature of medical and pharmaceutical products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds. Please review our policy carefully.
1. No Returns on Medical Products
Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, medical products (including but not limited to medications, health supplements, and other pharmaceutical items) are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances. Once sold, these items cannot be returned or restocked.
Exceptions: Returns will only be accepted in the rare event that you receive:
- A product that is damaged during shipping.
- A product that is incorrect (different from what was ordered).
- Expired or near-expiry products (if the expiry date is less than 3 months away upon delivery).
In any of these cases, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. Refund Eligibility
Damaged or Incorrect Products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will issue a replacement. If the replacement is not possible, we will offer a refund or store credit as per your preference.
Refund Process: Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days after the return is approved and the product is verified as damaged or incorrect. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.
3. Reporting a Problem
- Contact Us: If you believe you are eligible for a return or refund due to receiving a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at info@noble-pharmaceuticals.in with the following details:
- Order number.
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect product.
- A description of the issue.
We will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
4. No Refunds on Change of Mind
Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for products due to a change of mind once the order has been processed and shipped.
5. Non-Deliverable or Refused Orders
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer or if the order is refused upon delivery, you will be responsible for the shipping costs, and no refund will be issued for the product.
