- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after order confirmation.
- You will receive a shipping notification once your order is dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Hyderabad: Standard same-day delivery.
- Outside Hyderabad: 2-3 days delivery time.
- Delivery times depend on carrier performance and may be impacted by external factors such as weather or holidays.
3. Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
- We ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses via standard methods. Delivery times may be longer.
4. International Shipping
- Currently, we only offer shipping within India. International shipping options may be introduced in the future.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment status.
6. Shipping Carrier
- We partner with trusted carriers to ensure reliable delivery of your orders.
7. Delivery Issues

- We are not responsible for carrier delays but will assist you in resolving any issues.

- If your order is damaged or lost in transit, contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage to initiate a claim.
9. Undeliverable Packages
- Packages returned due to incorrect addresses or refused delivery will incur additional shipping fees for re-shipment.
